Jackie uses a social work model of supervision which includes clinical discussion, wellbeing and professional development. The intent of this supervision is to provide personalised support and discussion about the role and how the person works professionally within it. Jackie believes that a social worker or clinician needs to be well to be able to support others and practice professionally, therefore the clinicians wellbeing is central premise to the process.
